Job Responsibilities
As an operationally responsible technical team leader, you will have overall responsibility for Generic's operational environment and lead the daily work of the team while also working operationally with troubleshooting, configuration, and improvements. You will act as a link between technology and management, coordinating efforts and following up on projects. The role combines strategic responsibility with practical work and includes developing the platform, strengthening security, and improving efficiency and robustness in the infrastructure.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Act as team lead within the operations team
• Drive planned projects, follow up on deliveries, and report to the CTO
• Contribute to modernizing technologies and increasing system robustness
• Strengthen security through proactive and strategic choices
• Help minimize impact during any operational disruptions

Expected experience for the role:

• Experience in leadership within technical operations.
• University education in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with both technicians and decision-makers
• Analytical and structured with the ability to prioritize and drive work forward
• Independent problem solver who effectively uses documentation, AI, and support channels
• Good understanding of operations, networks, and security

Desirable experiences:

• Docker/Kubernetes
• Virtualization (primarily VMware)
• Linux (operations and troubleshooting)
• Networks and firewalls
• DevOps tools (CI/CD, DX)
